Circular linear lights and bended linear lights are quite popular during these years.
Customers always are confused how what kind of diffuser is used on the circular and bended linear lights.
1. PC cover: as traditional diffuser, PC cover can not only be used on straight lights but also can be used on curved lights. It also depends on the size. When small sizes of curved linear fixture, a complete PC diffuser can directly be installed on the fixture. When bigger sizes, the PC cover should be cut into 2-3 separate parts even more. Since the PC diffuser is rigid.
2. Silicon diffuser: As mentioned, PC diffuser is rigid, so when bigger sizes, a rollable silicon diffuser is more easily to installed on the fixture, and also convenient for shipment. The price of silicon is a little more expensive than PC, but better way to repair the PCB by taking off silicon diffuser.
